Previous Process - as per City Code Section 407.06 (Prior to 200 2 change in <br /> Council Policy and the Attorney Contract and Co uncil Policy) <br />1. Notice of violation to pr operty owner giving 14 da ys to correct violation. <br />2. Second notice of violation to property owner giving an other 14 days to correct <br />violation. Also a warning is included that failure to comply could result in an <br />Administrative Ticket ($100). <br />3. An Administrative Ticket ($100) is issued wi th a note stating that if the violation is <br />corrected within 7 days the ticket will be cancelled. <br />4. Codes Coordinator attempts to contact the pr operty owner and re solve the issue. <br />5. Codes Coordinator discusses the violation with both the Community Development <br />Director and the City Attorney. If the CDD and the CA agree a citation is appropriate, <br />and would be the most effective measure to take, a Ramsey Count y Court citation is <br />written (by the Codes Coordina tor) and mailed to the violat or. Copies are also mailed <br />to the prosecuting attorney and Ramsey County Court. <br />
