These fees were broken down <br />as follows: $1323.75 for general HRA items and $8,522.21 for project specific items <br />such as 2012 Eldridge and Applewood Court contracts. Legal fees associated with <br />specific projects will be applied to those line items and not be charged to the general <br />administrative budget.
