<br />REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 01-18-05 <br />Item No: 7.a. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> Action Items <br />Item Description: Approval of By-Laws and Election of Officers for the Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville for 2005 <br />(HF0026) <br />Background <br />1.0 <br />Per State Statute 469.011 - Authority operations, the HRA shall elect officers, adopt bylaws <br />and set regular meeting dates that are open to the public. <br />Attached is the Housing & Redevelopment Authority By-Laws as approved in 2004 and <br />approving resolution. Items that should be reviewed include the regular meeting dates and <br />times and election of officers. Election of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary must <br />be HRA Board members.
