Elections can be done by a nomination process. Any HRA member can be nominated by <br />another Board member. However, the member nominated must accept the nomination to be <br />considered. If more than one member is nominated for the same board position, there must <br />be a vote of the Board individually. Otherwise, the vote for all members nominated for each <br />position can be done as part of the approval of the resolution. A description of the duties of <br />each officer is provided in the bylaws. <br />Suggested HRA Action <br />2.0 <br />1. Review attached Bylaws and amend if necessary and discuss the nomination of officers. <br />2.
