ÛÈÌÎßÝÌ ÑÚ Ó×ÒËÌÛÍ ÑÚ ÓÛÛÌ×ÒÙ ÑÚ ÌØÛ <br />Ý×ÌÇ ÝÑËÒÝ×Ô ÑÚ ÌØÛ Ý×ÌÇ ÑÚ ÎÑÍÛÊ×ÔÔÛ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27 day of December, 2004, at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka and, Klausing <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ÎÛÍÑÔËÌ×ÑÒ ÒÑò ïðîéï <br />ß ÎÛÍÑÔËÌ×ÑÒ ÍËÞÓ×ÌÌ×ÒÙ ÌØÛ ØÑËÍ×ÒÙ ßÒÜ ÎÛÜÛÊÛÔÑÐÓÛÒÌ <br />ßËÌØÑÎ×ÌÇô ×Ò ßÒÜ ÚÑÎ ÌØÛ Ý×ÌÇ ÑÚ ÎÑÍÛÊ×ÔÔÛô ÍÐÛÝ×ßÔ ÐÎÑÐÛÎÌÇ ÌßÈ <br />ÔÛÊÇ ÑÒ ÎÛßÔ ÛÍÌßÌÛ ÌÑ ÌØÛ ÎßÓÍÛÇ ÝÑËÒÌÇ ßËÜ×ÌÑÎ ÚÑÎ ÌØÛ Ú×ÍÝßÔ <br />ÇÛßÎ ÑÚ îððë <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of <br />Roseville, for a special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the <br />amount of $158,000 to be collected in 2005 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section <br />469.001 to 469.047. <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Kough, Maschka and Klausing and the following voted against: Ihlan. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
