EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was <br />th <br />duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 18 day of January, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution No. 13 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PRIORITIES FOR USE OF RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG) AND HOME <br />INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP (HOME) FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has, since 1985, continued to be an active participant <br />in the Ramsey County CDBG and HOME Programs; and <br />WHEREAS, annually the Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of <br />Roseville, recommends priorities for the Ramsey County CDBG and HOME project funding. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Housing & Redevelopment <br />Authority, in and for the City of Roseville hereby recommends the following priorities for use of <br />Ramsey County CDBG/HOME funds for 2005: <br />Housing <br />1. which includes Rehabilitation of Owner-Occupied Single Family Houses, <br />Homeownership for First Time Homebuyers, Rehabilitation of Rental Property, <br />Removal of Dilapidated Structures, New Affordable Housing Construction for <br />Families and Seniors, Rehabilitation loans for eligible Condominium and Townhome <br />developments and establishment of Housing Land Trusts <br />2.Neighborhood Revitalization <br />3.Infrastructure Improvements <br />4.Job Creation <br />th <br />Adopted by the Board of the Authority this 18 day of January, 2005. <br /> <br />
