First meeting: Chair Majerus <br /> April 7: Member Hermes <br /> April 26: Chair Majerus <br /> May 5: Member Kelsey <br />Motion: <br /> Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Kelsey, to adopt the proposed <br />meeting schedule as presented at the meeting of February 15, 2005. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />b.Consider approval of senior housing survey for senior housing projects such as <br />Greenhouse Village and Applewood Court (HF0029) <br />Executive Director Bennett requested HRA members review and approve the draft senior <br />resident housing survey (with modification) relating to new senior housing developments. <br />She indicated that the purpose of the survey was to understand what is happening to the <br />homes that senior residents are moving from. She will work with Applewood Court and <br />Greenhouse Village. <br />Chair Majerus is excited about gathering base data. <br />Member Kelsey, in Section 2.4, suggested “adding location from which senior moved”. <br />The surveys will be anonymous and will be aggregated and will be distributed to other city <br />commissions when complete. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Kelsey, to accept and approve <br />the senior resident housing survey in accordance with staff recommendation. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />7. Action Items <br />c. Update of MHFA Application for 311 County Road B (HF0028) <br />Executive Director Bennett provided an update on the application request and process for review <br />of 311 County Road B. Bennett mentioned the opportunity to make an application for Ramsey <br />County funds due March 1, 2005 for the project. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Scheunemann moved, seconded by Member Millasovich, to support an <br />application to Ramsey County for Community Development Block Grant funds for the <br />redevelopment of 311 County Road B. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />3 <br /> <br />
