Set Open House Date for Applewood Court Single Family Housing Project (HF0005) Executive Director Bennett noted that the Open House date has been set of March 10, 2005 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Applewood Court. Bennett provided a summary of the invite list and noted that invitations would be sent out by Feb 28, 2005. Chair Majerus wondered if the HRA should present each new owner with a gift certificate from the Roseville Annual Tree and Shrub Sale. Bennett noted that a tree would be $50 a piece (7 homes). Member Kelsey suggested using the City Park and Recreation tree program as the vendor. The HRA will provide the tree and the planting as necessary. Motion: Member Hermes moved, seconded by Member Bean, to approving the expenditure for seven Don Wyman Crab Trees to be presented at the Applewood Court Open Housing by the HRA with the HRA offering to plant the tree. Ayes: 6 Nays: 0 Motion carried. 8.Information, Reports & Other Business a. Update from HRA Finance Subcommittee Chair Majerus summarized the subcommittee meeting. More input from the community was requested. Member Kelsey clarified that the topics of the neighborhood meetings will also focus on the community as a whole. 9. Board and Staff Report th Cathy Bennett reminded the HRA of the Big Issues meeting of the City Council on February 19. She distributed the list of HRA issues. th Member Scheunemann asked if the agenda will be published (yes, on the web February 16). Cathy Bennett distributed the sign-up sheet for Home and Garden Fair presentation on February th 28. 10.
