We live in Minnesota 6 months out of the year. This was a perfect solution to allow us to <br />maintain a home in Minnesota and a condo in Florida. When we leave for 6 months there are <br />no worries about out property. It also will provide a safe, secure and friendly environment as <br />we age and no longer can go to Florida. <br />Close to downtowns <br />Sunlight source good (nice big windows), bigger space, no smoking allowed. Believer in <br />cooperatives, no shoveling or yard work. <br />Close to work <br />Nice deck, neat, clean, perfect! Snow removal was bad, icy and not picked up. Slipping on <br />side walks. Beautiful apartment and grounds. Washer and dryer in units. Happy with the <br />people that live here. Nice and sound proof. Good security. <br />Lived in St. Paul previously - have always liked it.
