Staff completed two applications for funding through MHFA consolidated <br />application process and Ramsey County CDBG for the 311 county road B opportunity site as well <br />as a senior housing survey. In addition, the preparation for the neighborhood meetings was <br />conducted with three planning meetings and two successful neighborhood meetings conducted. <br />Staff also organized and spent time at the Applewood Court Open House to welcome the new <br />homeowners and allow neighbors to tour a home. Staff also reviewed and facilitated one <br />application for the Housing Redesign Program. Approximately 150 hours was spent on HRA <br />meetings (report preparation, research, attending meetings). The Roseville Home & Garden Fair <br />was held in January which included approximately 1,000 attendees from Roseville and surrounding <br />communities. This included over 125 hours of admin and exec director staff time in January and <br />February which is charged to the program. In addition, the HRA Executive Director prepared four <br />articles for the Roseville Wrap and Newsfax. <br />In addition the HRC approved 1 city loan in the first quarter and served 83 residents.
