The services of <br />the HRC since 2000 have assisted 1,877 residential property owners which have <br />resulted in over $3.2 million in additional private investment in Roseville homes <br />throughout the community. Many of the HRC, State and County loan dollars were <br />leveraged with other bank or owner funding. <br />st <br />In the 1 quarter of 2005, participation in the HRC continued with 83 residents <br />served, 157 different services provided and $10,000 in 1 loan issued.
