<br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville <br />Draft Minutes <br />Tuesday, May 17, 2005, 7:00 p.m. <br />1.Call to Order: <br />Chair Majerus called the regular meeting for May17, 2005 of the Housing & Redevelopment <br />Authority in and for the City of Roseville to order at 7:05 p.m. at the City of Roseville, Council <br />Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br />2.Roll Call: <br />Present: <br /> Majerus, Kelsey, Hermes, Bean, Millasovich, Scheunemann <br />Absent: <br /> Marks <br />Staff Present: , <br />Cathy BennettDennis Welsch <br /> Council Present: <br />None <br />Others Present: <br />Barbara Raye, Carol Swenson, Center for Policy, Planning, and Performance <br />3.Approval of Minutes: <br />Motion <br />: Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Bean to approve the minutes of <br />April 19, 2005 regular meeting. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Correspondence, and Comments <br />a.Recognition of RHRA Board Member Sam Marks <br />Chair Majerus read a letter of resignation from Member Sam Marks. Mr. Marks thanked the <br />RHRA for the wonderful experience. <br />Chair Majerus read “Resolution of Appreciation #15” thanking and congratulating Sam Marks. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Scheunemann, to offer and approve <br />Resolution #15. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments – <br />comments from the public on items that are not otherwise on <br />the agenda. <br />None. <br />1 <br /> <br />
