<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 16, 1968 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, September 16, 1968, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger; <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4003 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEJ.'iENT NO. 68-11 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint <br />Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility of a proposed improvement generally in that area <br />bounded by Roselawn Avenue on the south, Prior Avenue on the west, <br />Fairview Avenue on the east, and County Road B-2 on the north, <br />consisting of firstly the relocation and encasement of County <br />Ditch No. 4 from Fairview Avenue westerly and southerly to County <br />Road B, together with a system of collecting and outlet storm <br />sewers to serve the aforedescribed area. Incorporated into the <br />proposed improvement is the utilization of the existing storm <br />sewer system located on Fairview Junior High School building site. <br />
