<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, M1nnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of September, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!'he following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel and <br /> <br />Councilmen curley and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Moll and Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PlANS AND <br />SPBCIFICATIONS AND ORDBRING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-39, PROJECT <br />2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village Council <br /> <br />on May 20, 1968, the village consulting engineers have prepared <br /> <br />plans and speeifications for the above improvement and have <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSBV:ILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
