<br />1. Such plans ~nd specifications, copies of which are <br />a~ached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Rosevil1e Suburban Sun, the official paper, and <br />in the construction BUlletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify <br />the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash <br />payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened <br />and considered by the Village lVlanager and Public Works Director <br />at 11:30 o'clock a.m. on October 18, 1968 1n the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or bid <br />bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of <br />such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
