Member Kelsey asked if the proposal is 42-48 units of age-restricted condo units, with prices to <br />be determined (market review shows $79 to $190K). Can some of the tasks be done <br />concurrently? Why is a development agreement needed. Mr. Guptil wants the City to honor the <br />Master Plan and would be asking for assurances before large sums of money are spent. <br />Mr. Guptil explained that the HRA should invest in a long term plan to enhance the buildings in <br />the neighborhood and showed examples of exterior enhancements for those sites. He also <br />indicated that demolition of the building would not be done until commitments are made by the <br />City and HRA on the redevelopment and master plan. <br />Chair Majerus asked that the existing house/property maintained. Mr. Guptil indicated that he <br />has contracted for bi-weekly mowing and pick up of the site. <br />b. Update on Twin Lakes Stakeholder Process (PF3552) verbal report <br />Dennis Welsch and Cathy Bennett provided an overview of the Twin Lakes Stakeholder <br />th <br />meeting and April 10 mobile tour. <br />Member Kelsey asked that a link be provided when the information on the tour is on the web <br />site. Member Kelsey also suggested that joint meetings of commissions and boards be held when <br />the project proceeds for approvals to streamline the process. <br />c. Housing Link was explained by Cathy Bennett. <br />d. NAHRO Conference was described by Cathy Bennett. <br />e.Affordable Energy Conference and others to be emailed to HRA. <br />f. Member Marks reported Habitat housing has begun at Applewood Point.
