<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on ~IDnday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of September, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Linebarger, and Grauel, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4005 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISm~ENT FOR BIDS ON <br />Il1lPROVEHENT NO. 67 - 28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on April 29, 1968, the acting village engineers have <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for the above improvement' <br /> <br />and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br />
