<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />l. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Reseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work <br />to be done, shall call for bids upon,athe basis of a cash payment <br />for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened and <br />considered by the Village Manager and Public WOrks Director at <br />11:30 o'clock a.m. on October l8, 1968 in the Village Ball, that <br />no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or <br />bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (lO %) of the <br />amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
