EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority in and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />th <br />at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 18 day of May, 2004, at7:00 p.m.. <br /> The following members were present: Jill Bean, Sam Marks, Joe Scheunemann, Jen <br />Jackson Millasovich <br />and the following were absent: Bill Majerus, Jeanne Kelsey, Ann Hermes <br /> Commissioner Scheunemann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 8 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY AT 2012 ELDRIDGE STREET BY <br />PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the “Commissioners”) of the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville (the "Authority") as follows: <br />Section 1. Public Hearing. <br /> 1.01. This Board shall meet on Tuesday, June 15, 2004, commencing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. <br />at the Roseville Skating Center, Fireside Room, 2661 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota <br />55113, to hold a public hearing on the proposed acquisition of the Property at 2012 Eldridge Street <br />through the Authority’s powers of eminent domain pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.012, <br />subdivision 6. <br />. <br />Section 2. Notice of Hearing <br /> 2.01. The Executive Director and the Chairman of the Authority are authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the City as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Board of the Authority this 18th day of May 2004. <br /> <br />
