<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on Honday, September 16, 1968 <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4006 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO CERTAIN <br />LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING, OPERATING <br />AND REPAIRING UNDERGROUND SEWER MAINS I PIPES AND APPURTENANCES <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY <br />PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR SUCH PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville deems it necessary and expedient and in the best <br />interests of the Village and its inhabitants that the following <br />described land be acquired for sanitary sewer purposes for <br />the Village of Roseville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and feasible to acquire <br />by fee simple for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, <br />operating and repairing underground sewer mains, pipes and <br />appurtenances hereinafter described land. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />state that the Village has the power and authority to take <br />and acquire said property by condemnation under the power of <br />eminent domain; <br />
