<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the Village acquire fee simple title to the <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 100 feet of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW\) of the Northeast Quarter (NE\) , Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), except the Westerly 870 <br />feet thereof and except the Easterly 2 feet thereof, <br />subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />That fee simple title to the above property be <br />acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, <br />operating and repairing underground sewer mains, pipes and <br />appurtenances in the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />together with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructE <br />to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under <br />the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set <br />forth above under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, <br />and that said attorney is further instructed and directed <br />to take such steps as may be necessary to carxysaid proceedings <br />to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by Member Curley ,and upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the Undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager <br />
