An Option for the Aging Population: <br />Multi-Family Provides a Choice for People: <br />Roseville Serves Residents with a Multitude of Housing Option <br />Roseville in relation to the region – <br />3.provides a comparison of Roseville’s <br />multi-family housing in relation to that of the metropolitan region and the <br />county. <br />4.Characterization of multi-family housing by housing type <br />Ownership units <br /> – describes the ownership units such as townhomes <br />and condominiums <br />Rental Units <br /> – describes those multi-family units that are rented with <br />the apartment units being the most significant. <br />i.Units Designated for Seniors <br />ii.Rental Condos, Duplexes, Townhomes and Mobile Homes <br />iii.Apartments <br />In addition to the written report, there is both a data table and written summary of the <br />(see each <br />characteristics of multi-family housing within each city planning district <br />district draft summary attached). <br />Additional aspects of the report to be added that will include graphics and charts in an <br />easily readable format. <br />A final portion of the report will include possible action steps and policy statements. <br />This section is purposely incomplete. Staff believes that the HRA and City should <br />formulate the action steps and policy statements regarding the outcomes of the multi- <br />family report.
