<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of tile Village of NOseville <br />Ramsey County, ~nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of toe Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, toe 16th <br /> <br />day of September, 1968, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br /> <br />and Councilmen Curley and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Moll and Councilmen Shields, <br /> <br />Mayor Moll arrived at tne meeting at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVE- <br />MbNTS 68-7, 67-37 and 68-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village Counci1 <br /> <br />on April 29, 1968, August 19, 1968, and OCtober 14, 1968, the <br /> <br />village consulting arcnitect and Public Works Director have <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for the above improvements and <br /> <br />have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br />
