<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF ROSENILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Suburban Sun, the official paper,' and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to <br />be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for <br />sucn work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered <br />by the Village Manager and PUblic Works Director at lO:30 o'clock <br />a.m. on October ll, 1968 in the Village Hall, tnat no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check, or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
