For single family properties the total <br />household income must be below the 80% of median income level. For rental properties, at <br />least 51% of the tenants must have incomes below the 80% of median income level. Also, the <br />rental property rents can not exceed the current years Fair Market Rent as determined annually <br />by the HUD for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area.
