b. <br />Apple wood Court Update. <br />Executive Director Bennett mentioned that the homes are under construction and that a new <br />appraisal is near completion. Also, Bennett mentioned that the HRA members are invited to join <br />staff in a walk through of the completed Habitat for Humanity Homes on Thursday, August 19 at <br />4:00 p.m. <br />c. <br />Housing Summit Discussion. <br />Cathy Bennett advised that a “Housing Summit” has been scheduled for August 23, 2004 at the <br />CTV offices at 950 Woodhill Drive. The meeting will be a joint meeting and held in conjunction <br />with the regular City Council meeting. She submitted a proposed agenda for a roundtable <br />discussion of housing in Roseville. <br />d. <br />Review Multi Family Draft Study Report <br />Executive Director, Cathy Bennett, handed out the draft multifamily study report and provided a <br />summary of report contents regarding the multi-family housing stock. <br />Ms Bennett concluded that after the HRA has reviewed the draft study the HRA should formulate <br />action steps and policy statements for inclusion in the report prior to forwarding to the City <br />Council for review and adoption. A more finalized report will be provided for consideration by <br />the HRA at the September meeting. <br />e. <br />Other Board Member and Staff Reports. <br />Executive Director Bennett mentioned that the house at 2012 Eldridge has been demolished by <br />the property owner. Once the demolition is complete and to the City’s satisfaction the eminent <br />domain case will be withdrawn. <br />Bennett also handed out information for the Nahro Conference in September for Board members <br />consideration. <br />10. There being not further HRA business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br />4 <br />
