Cathy Bennett explained the budget <br />schedule. <br />Member Kelsey asked staff to prepare a list of grant programs, sources of funds in the <br />budget, and for further information on TIF funding. <br />Member Millasovich suggested Executive Director Cathy Bennett provide grant <br />information as it becomes available. <br />Chair Majerus suggested a "road trip" throughout the City. <br />Roseville Rambler Redesign Program <br />b. <br />Executive Director Bennett provided an overview of the program and possible revisions to <br />the project review process. <br />Member Millasovich suggested retaining existing program until HRA has more time to <br />evaluate – continue as currently operating for 2003 with staff to prepare future reports. <br />Board Member Reports <br />9. <br />Member Kelsey explained her attendance at the EMS seminar. She suggested EMS provide a <br />report/presentation to the HRA Board.
