Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday the 30th day of September , 196~ at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following memebers were present: Hayor 1.bll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields a.nd the following were absent: lTo,:e M~ilier Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; Resolution No. 4024 RESOLUTION RELATING '.ro APFORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENT RELATING TO roAD IMProVEMENTS ON lONG LAKE roAD, COUNTY roAD B-2, ST. CroIX STREET (Road Improvement 63-37) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for roAD IMPROVEMENT 63-37 as finally amended and a- dopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previOUS property owners and WHEREAS, the COunty Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later be~n divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village COuncil of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing With an assessment to be collected in the year 196 and thereafter,
