<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 21st day of October, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Shields and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Reso1tuion No. 4050 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AvJARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Improvement <br /> <br />No. 68-12, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Village Manager of said village, said <br /> <br />bids were received on October 21, 1968 at 11:30 o'c1ock A.M., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br /> <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br />
