The Mayor and l4anager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with Beatson & Kelly, Inc. for $46,637.20 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for Improvement No. 68-l2 <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br /> <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br /> <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />
