Organizational Items <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes for Apri124, 2008 <br />Eckman moved to approve the minutes of the Apri124, 2008 meeting. <br />Ferrington seconded. Ayes - 4 Nays - 0. <br />B. Correspondence & General Information <br />B-1 Correspondence Activity <br />No correspondence was received or sent since the Apri124, 2008 meeting: <br />B-2 Financial Report <br />The new reporting format was introduced in addition to the standard financial report. <br />Board Member Mogg noted a fund balance discrepancy.
