GRASS LAKE WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />Other Business <br />Maloney reported that a major street project in Shoreview this year is the Owasso <br />Heights neighborhood. That project will include using pervious concrete to <br />address storm water management and sensitivity to lake water quality. <br />Maloney reported that the annual report published by the Office of the Legislative <br />Auditor is critical of watershed districts not following their plans.
