GLWMO Meeting Minutes <br />February 23, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br />A-2 Election of Officers <br />Soderbeck moved to appoint Jeff DeZellar as 2006 Chairperson, DeZellar seconded. <br />Ayes:3 Nays: O. <br />Soderbeck moved to appoint Tracy Mogg as 2006 Vice Chairperson, DeZellar seconded. <br />Ayes: 3, Nays: 0. <br />The Board agreed to continue to recognize Roberts Rules of Order. <br />A-3 Approval of Minutes for October 27, 2005 <br />Soderbeck moved to approve the Minutes of the October 27, 2005, Mogg seconded. <br />Ayes:3 Nays: O. <br />A-4 2006 Scheduled Meeting Dates <br />The Board reviewed the proposed meeting dates for 2006. The quarterly meetings would <br />typically begin at 5:00 PM on the fourth Thursday of the month, and be held at <br />Shoreview City Hall in the lower level meeting (Grass Lake) room. The 2006 regular <br />meetings were scheduled for February 23, Apri127, July 27 and October 26, 2006. <br />Mogg moved to approve the 2006 GLWMO meeting dates and locations as presented, <br />Soderbeck seconded.
