MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />May 25, 2006 <br />Roll Call: <br />Members present <br />Staff present <br />Jeff DeZellar <br />Tracy Mogg <br />Gene Soderbeck <br />Jim Stark <br />Karen Eckman <br />Mark Maloney (Shoreview) <br />Duane Schwartz (Roseville) <br />Others in attendance: Cliff Aichinger - RWMWD <br />Hal Runke, Barr Engineering <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. <br />A) Organizational Items <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes for February 23, 2006 <br />Soderbeck moved to approve the Minutes of the October 27, 2005, Mogg seconded. <br />Ayes: S Nays: O. <br />A-2 Introduction of New Board Members <br />The Board recognized James Stark (Roseville) and Karen Eckman (Shoreview) who had <br />recently been appointed by their respective City Councils to fill Board vacancies. Mr. <br />Stark has previous GLWMO Board experience (1997-2002) and had involvement in the <br />development of the current Watershed Management Plan. Ms. Eckman reported that she <br />was very active with Sierra Club initiatives with regard to water resources in Shoreview. <br />B) Correspondence & General Information <br />B-1 The Board reviewed the following correspondence received by the GLWMO <br />since the last meeting: <br />1. Met Council email, Judy Sventek, March 20, 2006 -Council's Target Pollution <br />Loads Questionnaire <br />
