REPORTS
C-1 Annual Agency Report Card
Karen Chandler presented ideas for assigning grades to the Agency Report Card
concept that had been presented at the last meeting. There was discussion
regarding reducing the grades from 5 to 3, and merits of symbols vs. letter
grades. Improvements were suggested to reduce the complexity of the Activity
matrix. Clarification was offered for the term "Unscheduled". It was decided that
there should be separate report cards for WMO and City responsibilities. Atarget
date of March 31 of the year was established for the issuance of the report card.
There needs to be continued dialog with cities regarding the specifics of the
activities identified on the report card. It was agreed that the details of the format
and content of the report card would be handled through e-mail and/or fax, and if
necessary, final editing could occur at the next meeting (October 25).
