OTHER BUSINESS <br />Landwehr moved adoption of the Grass Lake Water Management Plan. <br />Soderbeck seconded. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0 <br />Board members discussed the distribution list. Some agencies would be best <br />served by one medium vs. another. It was requested that the Public Libraries in <br />Shoreview and Roseville be forwarded two copies each. The adjacent WMO's <br />and Districts should also get an Executive Summary and CD ROM. <br />It was requested that cover letters be prepared to Dennis Larson (MnDOT) and <br />Ken Haider (Ramsey County Engineer) reminding that the BMP's and standards <br />in the GLWMO Plan apply to their projects, and they should proactively work <br />with the technical staffs of the cities to address these areas. <br />Next Meeting (October 25, 2001) <br />• There should be a discussion regarding future consultant needs for the WMO. <br />Accordingly, Karen Chandler (Barr) will not be asked to attend. <br />
