Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 <br />D. ADJOURNMENT <br />Soderbeck introduced the following items not on the agenda: <br />1. Ramsey County Streetsweeping. Soderbeck voiced his concern about the slow <br />response by Ramsey County in sweeping streets. <br />Landwehr moved that staff send of letter to Ramsey County expressing the <br />Board's concern about Streetsweeping, Roessler seconded. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 <br />2. Soderbeck informed the board that a bill requiring phosphorus free fertilizer is <br />not proceeding in the state legislature. <br />3. Soderbeck expressed concern regarding the projected sechi disk reading shown <br />on the historical graph of Lake Owasso since it is worse than the sechi disk <br />reading in recent years. The graph would imply that water quality will degrade <br />in Lake Owasso. The board discussed ways to depict the modeled future reading <br />in relationship to historical readings. <br />Landwehr moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:00 p.m., Soderbeckk seconded. Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />
