Councilmen Curley. <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4071 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A HEARING FOR ONE PARCEL <br />OF PROPERTY PERTAINING TO IMPROVEMENT 66-11. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1635 of <br />the Village of Roseville, the Village Council placed an <br />assessment of $940.00 for benefits received from Improvement <br />No. 66-11 on the following described real property: <br /> <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, except <br />the West 100 feet and the North 86.488 <br />feet of Section II, Township 29, Range <br />23, <br /> <br />and <br />
