<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Rosevi1le now believes that there should be are-hearing <br />on the amount of said assessments, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
