<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of ROseville <br />Mamsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village COuncil of the Village of ROseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 18th <br /> <br />day of NOvember, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor MOll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Grauel, Curley and Linebarger; and the ~011owin9 was absent: . <br /> <br />Councilman Shields. <br /> <br />Councilman Cuxley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4084 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMJ:NARY <br />REPORT AND PItOVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a <br />proposed improvement as follows I water main construction is pro- <br />posed to consist of the construction of a water main, 6 inches in <br />size, between Laurie Road and County .Road "BI. and within Fulham <br />Avenue. Also as a part of water main construction would be the <br />furnishing and install~g of service connections to the existing <br />water main between Trunk rUghway 36 and Laurie Road and into the <br />new water main between Laurie Road and County ROad "S" so <br />located as to serve the adjacent property. Sanitary Sewer <br />construction work would consist of the extension of sanitary sewer <br />services from the existing sanitary sewer along the center of <br />
