<br />pu1ham Avenue and extending easterly and westerly to serve the <br />abutting properties on either side of the street right-of-way. <br />StOI1l S.ex construction would consist of the storm sewer located <br />within the right-of-way of Fulham Avenue between Trunk 81ghway 36 <br />and County ROad "B" and would vary in size becween 12 inch and 36 <br />inch in size. Storm sever construction would include manhole, <br />cat.ch basins and st.ub lines off from the P'ulham Avenue right.-o~..way <br />to serve future atorm. sewers to be located on the south service <br />drive on Trunk Highway 36, on Laurie ROad, and on county Road liB". <br />Street con8truction would consist of the grading of Fulham Avenue <br />between County Road "B" and the south service drive on Trunk High- <br />way 36, together with the construction of concrete curb and gutter <br />along both aides of the roadway throughout its entire length <br />followed by the installation of sub base and a 2 inch plant mixed <br />bit~inous surfacing. The distance between curbs face to face <br />would be 32 feet. The entire foregoing proposed conatruct1.on work <br />would complete proposed Dnprovement 68-13 along presently platted <br />but unimproved Fulham Street for a distance of approximately one <br />quarter mile between County Bead "BU and the south service dr1ve <br />of State Trunk Highway 36. <br /> <br />The Council also directed Banister Engineering Company <br />to deteDAine the estimated cost of the improvement, and whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with SClll\8 other improvement. The preliminary report and coat <br />estimate have been sUbmitted by the engineers and considered by <br />the COuncil and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the Village Manager. The tmprovement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report <br />is designated as Improvement No. 68-13. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall. 2701 North LeXington, on January 20, 1969, at <br />7.30 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of holding a pUblic hearing <br />on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Village Manager is <br />hereby authorLzed and directed to cause notice of the time, place <br />and purpose of that meeting to be pUblished twice in the official <br />newspaper, Raseville Suburban sun, which publications shall be a <br />week apart, and the second publication shall be not lee8 than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />~ The notice .ball be in substantially the fol1ow1ng for..s <br />
