<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Ol'l IftlPROVEi"\(lENT NO. 68'~.;. 3 <br />VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, JYi.L~i~ESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS aEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 20th day of January, 1969, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. 68-13. <br />Water main construction is proposed to consist of the construction <br />of a water main, 6 inches in size, between Laurie Road and County <br />Road "BII and within Fulham Avenue. Also as a part of water main <br />construction would be the furnishing and installing of service <br />connections to the existing water main between Trunk Highway 36 <br />and Laurie ROad and into the new water main between Laurie Road <br />and County Road liB" so located as to serve the adjacent property. <br />Sanitary sewer construction work would consist of the extention <br />of sanitary sewer services from the existing sanitary sewer along <br />the center of Fulham Avenue and extending easterly and westerly <br />to serve the abutting properties on either side of the street <br />right-of~ay. Stor.m sewer construction would consist of the storm <br />sewer located within the ri9ht-of~ay of Fulham Avenue between <br />Trunk Highway 36 and County Road "a" and would vary in size between <br />12 inch and 36 inch 10 size. storm sewer construction would <br />include manhole, catch basins and stub lines off from the Fulhaw <br />Avenue right-of-way to serve future storm sewers to be located on <br />the southservice drive on Trunk Highway 36, on Laurie Road, and <br />on County Road dBD. Street construction would consist of the <br />grading of Fulham Avenue between County Road ..a" and the south <br />service drive on Trunk Highway 36, together with the construction <br />of concrete curb and gutter along both sides of the roadway through- <br />out its entire length followed by the installation of sub base and <br />a 2 inch plant mixed bituminous surfacing_ The distance between <br />curbs face to face would be 32 feet. The entire foregoing proposed <br />construction work would complete proposed Lmprovement 68-13 along <br />presently platted but unimproved Fulham Street for a distance of <br />approximately one quarter mile between County Road .ISH and the <br />south service drive of State Trunk Highway 36. The foregoing is <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approx~tely $61,300. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement shall be that part of the Village of Roseville <br />described as follows: <br />
