MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 25, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minne sota, wa s duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 25, 1968: <br /> <br />The follOWing members were present: Mayor Holl, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4089 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. A. Matson requests a special use permit <br />for, also joined in with by the owner of the property at Lexington <br />Avenue and County Road C-2, legally described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at a pOint on the S. line of County <br />Road C-2 and the W. line of Lexington Avenue, <br />thence SE along the Wily line of Lexington <br />Avenue, 500 feet to a point, thence W. 312 <br />feet to a point, thence NW'ly 515 feet to a <br />point, thence E. 300 feet to the point of <br />beginning, in the NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec. 3, <br />T. 29, R. 23. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE: <br /> <br />1. Special Use Permit to operate a ski school on the <br />above captioned property is hereby granted on the following conditions: <br /> <br />A.
