That the operator construct snow <br />fence along Lexington Avenue such that <br />there is no danger of skiers going onto <br />Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />E. The Council may terminate this <br />permit at any time by giving the operator <br />or owner 30 days notice, and in the event <br />the Council is not informed of the operator <br />or owner's address, said 30 days notice may <br />be given by posting the notice on the <br />property indicating the time of termination. <br /> <br />F. That all parking on Lexington <br />Avenue wi 11 be restricted and the operator <br />will have to provide additional off street <br />parking to operate his facilities. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WflliREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
