EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of March 2010 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following Members were present: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Johnson; <br />and Member Klausing was absent. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10796 <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 9413 AND <br />APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ON <br />THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT 2233 HAMLINE AVENUE AS A CONDITIONAL <br />USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1014.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (PF10-008) <br />WHEREAS, the property at 2233 Hamline Avenue is owned by Roseville Professional <br />Center, Inc., which corporation supports the application by Clearwire; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Subject to all rights in public highways upon the land, that part of the East half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, <br />described as beginning at a point on the East line of said East half of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter, distant 592.25 feet North from the Southeast corner of said East <br />half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence West to point on the West <br />line of said East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, distant 591.81 <br />feet North from the Southwest corner of said East half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence North along said West line 198.76 feet; thence East to a point on <br />said East line distant 198.76 feet North from the point beginning; thence South along said <br />East line to the point of beginning. <br />PIN: 10-29-23-34-0034 <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install telecommunication equipment on the existing <br />commercial building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />proposed CONDITIONAL USE on March 3, 2010, voting 4-0 to recommend approval of the use <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />CONDITIONAL USE will not result in adverse impacts on the criteria considered in review of <br />requests for CONDITIONAL USE approval; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
