Plans for such future transmitting
and supporting equipment shall be reviewed by Planning Division staff for
determination of whether the potential impacts of the future equipment are
comparable to the original installation; comparable equipment maybe permitted,
but equipment which has been determined to present significantly greater impacts
shall require approval as a new conditional use;
Thereby TERMINATING AND REPLACING the existing CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT approved under City Council Resolution 9413.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe; Pust; Ihlan;
and Johnson;
and none voted against.
WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
Page 2 of 3
