SODDING. The entire 70 foot area except that dedicated for <br />street purposes and areas vacated and reverted to adjacent property <br />owner, shall be sodded, forty (40) feet of which shall be maintained <br />by the owner and petitioner. <br /> <br />7. FENCE. OWner and Petitioner shall construct and maintain <br />a 6-foot high "cyclone" fence, unbroken and without openings on the <br />buffer zone within 3 feet of the parking area. <br /> <br />8. PLANTING. OWner and petitioner shall plant and maintain <br />an evergreen screen in accordance with a landscaping plan to be <br />approved by the Village prior to planting. Such screening shall <br />be planted in the 40-foot wide strip adjacent to the parking area <br />and consist of evergreen and deciduous planting so as to be approxi- <br />mately 75% opaque at time of planting. <br /> <br />9. GRADES. Grades of parki~ area shall not be higher than <br />that of adjacent residential properties and shall not in any case <br />drain onto such properties. <br /> <br />10. LIGHTING. The parking area will be lighted so as to <br />provide adequate light for parking purposes, but no lights shall <br />beam directly on residential property. Light standards shall be <br />a maximum of feet high with non glare fixtures. All lights <br />shall be turned off by 10 P. M. <br /> <br />11. PARKING AREA USE. Parking in the area in question shall <br />be for overflow parking and/or employee parking. No service trucks <br />or heavy equipment shall be parking in the "area".
