However, if the use <br />of the CSty-owned land and the proposed location of the teleoommunication tower is deemed <br />acceptable by the CSty Gounal, the provider must apply for a oonditional use to gain land use approval <br />for the teleoommunication tower aswell as negotiate a leasing arrangement with the City. Both the <br />land use decision and the lease agreement will need to be approved by the City Council at future <br />meetings. <br />As part of the Gonditional Use approval process, the City may add certain oonditions to the approval in <br />order to take into acoount any speaal ooncerns about the teleoommunicationstower. <br />
