C-2 The Board reviewed the following letters sent by the GLWMO since the last <br />meeting: <br />1. Letter to Bruce Wilson of MPCA requesting a review of the proposed direction <br />of the GLWMO lake planning project. <br />2. Letters to Ed Burrell, City of Roseville, and Terry Schwerm, City of Shoreview <br />regarding the proposed 1995 GLWMO budget. <br />3. Letter from Don Meyer to XP SoRware expressing concern about delays <br />.experienced by SEH in the prepazation of the SWMM model update. <br />4. Letter to Mark Lobermeier, SEH, letter authorizing lake planning services. <br />G-3 Keel gave an update on the Ramsey County Capital Improvement Program: <br />Construction Program. ] 994-1999 <br />1. County Road F, Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street-1994 street <br />reconstruction <br />2. County Road C, Hamline Avenue to Little Canada Road-1996, street <br />restriping and signal modifications _ <br />Road Maintenance Program. 1994 <br />1. Gramsie Road, Victoria Street to Rice Street-This project was cancelled when <br />Shoreview reconstructed the roadway in 1994. <br />2. North Owasso Boulevard, Victoria Street to Rice Street-recycle. <br />C-4 Board reviewed the drainage maps. from the Roseville and Shoreview stormwater <br />.management plans. <br />D. REPORTS <br />D-1 Mark Lobermeier, engineering consultant, summarized the information contained in <br />the quarterly consultant report. The following items were discussed: <br />L SWMM Model Calibration/Model Verification. <br />Lobermeier reported that the SWMM Model results have finally been. completed. <br />Based on the completed model., the following generalizations could be made: <br />Pollutant loadings are higher than previously predicted. <br />3 <br />
