A-4 <br />Organizational Items <br />Item Description: 1995 Grass Lake WMO Board meeting dates. . <br />Several years ago, the Grass Lake WMO clarified its meeting schedule for the year. At that time, <br />it was determined that .the Board would meet quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the month. <br />Assuming the Board wishes to follow a similar schedule .for 1995, the Board meeting. dates will be <br />as follows: <br />January 26, 1995 <br />April 27, 1995 <br />October 26, .1995 <br />The January 26, 1995, board meeting will be held at the Shoreview. City Hall. Board may wish to <br />discuss where the remaining 1995 board meetings should be held-Roseville City Hall or <br />Shoreview City HaIL All meetings will began` at 5:00 p.m. Typically, meetings are expected to <br />adjourn by 7:00 p.m. or earlier. <br />Roseville will provide lead technical staff support for the. Grass Lake WMO for 1995: <br />RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION: <br />Motions setting 199 Grass Lake WMO meeting dates and where meetings will. be held. <br />
